Nintendo Switch Sports Resort pre-orders discounted at Amazon

Retailers have already cut the price on Nintendo Switch Sports Resort pre-orders. Amazon and Walmart show the Switch 2 edition reduced from $59.99 to $49.95 when you add the box to your cart, matching a similar $10 saving appearing on Splatoon Raiders pre-orders.

Other stores remain at full price, with Best Buy still listing both titles at $59.99. The game returns to Wuhu Island and brings new events such as skateboarding and thumb wrestling alongside returning favourites like archery, basketball, bowling, golf, Power Cruise, table tennis and the prop plane.

A few events appear to be absent this time, with no mention of frisbee, cycling, swordplay or wakeboarding. Nintendo has updated the package to use Joy‑Con 2 features like mouse controls and visual upgrades for the Switch 2. There are no pre-order bonuses announced for this release; past entries have included items such as collectible water bottles, but this launch ships without extras.
