Nintendo confirms new Nintendo Direct for June
Nintendo has confirmed a new Nintendo Direct for Tuesday, June 9. The showcase will focus on titles from Nintendo and its third-party partners coming to Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. The Direct will stream on Nintendo's YouTube channel at 7 a.m. PDT / 10 a.m. EDT and run about 50 minutes.
Nintendo will follow with Nintendo Treehouse: Live, an aftershow expected to last around 95 minutes and featuring gameplay of select titles shown during the Direct. Nintendo hasn't revealed which games will appear, but candidates include Star Fox, Rhythm Heaven Groove and Splatoon Raiders.
There are also announced but undated titles such as Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave and rumored projects like a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Confirmed third-party Switch 2 releases mentioned include 007 First Light, Orbitals, Elden Ring, The Duskbloods, The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok, Culdcept Begins, Village in the Shade, and Professor Layton and the New World of Steam.
