Nicole Kidman Returns in Trailer for Practical Magic Sequel

Nearly 30 years after the original, Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock have reunited for Practical Magic 2 and the first full trailer has arrived. The 1998 film, adapted from Alice Hoffman's novel and directed by Griffin Dunne, introduced the Owens sisters and the family curse that haunted their love lives as Kidman and Bullock were rising stars.

Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest reprise their roles, joined by newcomers Joey King, Lee Pace, Maisie Williams, Xolo Maridueña and Solly McLeod. The sequel was directed by Susanne Bier from a script by Akiva Goldsman and Georgia Pritchett. Warner Bros. says the film returns to a world steeped in moonlit mischief and powerful ancestral magic, with the Owens sisters forced to confront a dark curse that threatens to unravel their family in a cinematic event of fun, magic and mayhem.
