Nicholas Brendon's 11-word handwritten will revealed
Court documents filed Monday reveal an alleged 11-word handwritten will by Nicholas Brendon, three months after his death at 54. His twin brother, Kelton Schultz, is asking a probate court to validate the note. The note reads: "My will. Sarah gets nothing kel gets everything.
He can figure it out." The message refers to his twin and ex-girlfriend Sarah Marker. Brendon’s parents, Robert and Kathleen Schultz, are also listed, and the filing does not mention his assets. On May 25 Kelton petitioned to be the representative for his late brother’s estate; a hearing is set for July 16.
Brendon’s family announced his passing on March 20, saying he "passed in his sleep of natural causes" and that he had been on medications and treatment and was optimistic about the future. Later records listed atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease as the cause of death, with acute pneumonia and a previous myocardial infarction as contributing factors.
