Netflix is developing a series adaptation of the 1979 courtroom drama ...And Justice for All, per Deadline. The original film starred Al Pacino as defense attorney Arthur Kirkland and follows an ethical lawyer pushed to the edge while fighting a corrupt system, notable for Kirkland’s explosive “You’re out of order!” moment.

The small-screen version is being written and executive produced by Jeremy Miller and Dan Cohn, known for their work on Ally McBeal, Entourage, and Boston Public. Ross Fineman, who serves as an executive producer on The Lincoln Lawyer, is also attached as an executive producer for the remake.

Netflix says the show will offer “a gritty look at an idealistic attorney’s flawed life as he struggles to fight a corrupted legal system until he finally snaps.” The project is being eyed as a potential replacement for Netflix’s hit legal drama The Lincoln Lawyer, which will conclude with its upcoming fifth season.
