Netflix Announces Return Date for 'Lupin' Season 4
Netflix has set Oct. 23, 2026, as the return date for Lupin Season 4 (Part 3). Deadline confirmed the date and shared the first official poster. The new season arrives almost three years after Season 3 debuted on Oct. 5, 2023. Omar Sy returns as Assane Diop in the French-language mystery thriller.
Diop uses trickery and disguise to avenge his father's death, adopting the literary "gentleman thief" Arsène Lupin as the inspiration for his spy-like persona. Season 4 will be the series' longest, with eight episodes; Season 3 had seven, and the first two seasons had five each.
Production began in May 2025, giving the show nearly a year and a half for production and post-production ahead of the October release. The new season follows an intense Season 3 finale, in which Assane faked his death, carried out a string of thefts, and ultimately turned himself in to Detective Guédira to protect his family.
