Mina the Hollower sells 300,000 copies in three days
In December 2025, Yacht Club Games founder Cris Velasco warned that Mina the Hollower would be "make-or-break" for the studio. Six months later, Velasco told Bloomberg the game sold 300,000 copies in its first three days, putting it above the 200,000 figure he had said would be "really, really great," though still short of a 500,000-unit "golden" mark.
Critical response has been strong: Mina is currently tied with Forza Horizon 6 as the top-rated game of 2026 on Metacritic.
