Millie Bobby Brown says she knows Eleven's fate
Millie Bobby Brown says she was told not to reveal what happened to Eleven after Stranger Things' divisive fifth season. Producers made her keep the outcome secret, allowing only her and two others to know the truth. The season’s final battle saw Eleven, Will and Kali enter Vecna’s mind while the Hawkins crew fought the Mind Flayer in the Abyss.
The confrontation ends with Eleven staying behind in the crumbling Upside Down and sharing her love for Mike Wheeler to prevent the military from capturing her and to successfully trigger the explosives placed to destroy the dimension. Brown said the show's producers warned her: 'They were like, 'Do not tell anyone.
Because we made it a secret kind of pledge. No one else knows. It's just us three. And what we do with that information, it'll be up to them.' She and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, watched reactions online and she joked about the split response: 'Jake was like, 'Ooh, these are really split.' And the whole cast thinks I'm dead.
