Milania Giudice breaks silence after assault arrest

Milania Giudice, 20, broke her silence over an assault arrest, saying "sh-t happens in life" in a TikTok video she shared on Monday. "It is what it is, you gotta learn from it," she said, adding "Just become a better person and talk about it." She admitted she "was not in a good area in my life" when the arrest occurred in May.

At the start of the video she pushed back on a circulating image presented as a mugshot, insisting "That's AI." The University of Tampa student said, "I ate down in my mugshot," and "I looked fire.
