The British brand Medik8, favored by celebrities including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Hailey Bieber, has launched the Exo-PDRN Primastic+ Youthful Vitality Serum. It combines a proprietary exosome complex with a vegan version of PDRN and is described as targeting multiple signs of aging while being gentle enough for post-procedure use.

Medik8 says the serum visibly improves radiance, tone and overall skin vitality, counters redness, strengthens the skin barrier and improves the look of wrinkles and sagging, while imparting luminosity. The before-and-after photos on the site are presented as evidence of its clinical-grade results.

Manhattan-based Dr. Jennifer Levine called PDRN and exosomes "the next frontier in cellular skin rejuvenation." She added that "PDRN acts as a powerful biostimulator that triggers DNA repair and aggressively cuts down inflammation," and that exosomes deliver a concentrated cocktail "directly to cells to accelerate collagen production.
