Marvel Studios will re-release Avengers: Endgame this September under the new title Avengers: Endgame Encore, a move revealed during Disney's CinemaCon presentation. The re-release is scheduled for select theaters on Sept. 25, 2026, and will be presented in Disney's new Infinity Vision format.

Disney is currently approving theater certifications ahead of the run. The re-release will include a custom introduction, additional footage filmed specifically for this presentation, and a special end tag exclusive to Infinity Vision and IMAX screenings. The new material is expected to tie heavily into Avengers: Doomsday, which opens worldwide on Dec.

18, 2026, creating a clearer bridge between the two films. Some speculation suggests the added footage could introduce more multiversal elements to Endgame beyond the Time Heist, potentially even showing Robert Downey Jr.'s Doctor Doom observing the events.
