Lords of the Fallen II has been delayed until early 2027. CI Games says the move gets the action‑RPG out of the way of Grand Theft Auto VI and the logjam of other releases scheduled for September and October. Studio CEO Marek Tyminski posted on X on June 23: “As development progresses, we have worked closely with the Gameplay Feedback Team, a dedicated group of seasoned Souls-like veterans within our Launch Creative Team.

Their valuable ongoing input, combined with the team’s vision, has identified meaningful opportunities to further refine and strengthen the overall experience.” Tyminski added that “These enhancements will benefit from additional integration, iteration, and polishing time, enabling the team to deliver the highest possible quality at launch,” and that the updated release window “strategically positions Lords of the Fallen II outside of a highly competitive holiday period.” He did not elaborate on specific improvements, but confirmed the game will ship in the Q1 2027 release window.
