Liam Neeson’s survival thriller The Grey — a film that famously unsettled critic Roger Ebert — is currently streaming for free on Pluto TV, but it is due to leave the platform soon. Neeson plays John Ottway, an oilfield security worker whose plane crashes in remote Alaska; he survives the wreck but must fend off a pack of grey wolves.

The film is based on Ian MacKenzie Jeffers' short story 'Ghost Walker,' was produced by Ridley Scott and directed by Joe Carnahan, and features Nonso Anozie, James Badge Dale, Frank Grillo and Dermot Mulroney. Released in January 2012, it opened near $20 million and finished with more than $81 million against a $25 million budget, and holds an 80% score on Rotten Tomatoes.
