Leak Reveals Reacher Will Appear in Neagley Spin-Off

The Reacher universe is expanding with a Neagley spin-off due to premiere in summer 2026, but an unplanned leak has confirmed Alan Ritchson will appear as Jack Reacher.

Footage shows Ritchson and Maria Sten, seemingly in character, talking at a Chicago Cubs game at Wrigley Field. Neagley is set in Chicago, and Reacher has yet to have a season there, so the scene appears to be for the spin-off.

Live-action Neagley has already been given a larger role than in the books, with the series aiming to flesh out her life after recurring appearances on Reacher. That close connection to Reacher explains why his involvement in the spin-off was always plausible.

Knowing Reacher will appear removes some of the mystery and could leave viewers waiting for his entrance, potentially distracting from Frances Neagley finally stepping out of his shadow. The timing and extent of his role in the spin-off remain unclear.
