Court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior County say a former personal chef has sued Kylie Jenner, alleging her demanding workload led to a miscarriage. The woman, whose name has not been revealed, says she began working as Jenner’s private chef in November 2024 and then informed supervisors in December that she was three months pregnant and needed reasonable accommodations.

She alleges regular 11- to 12-hour shifts, five days a week, and physically demanding tasks despite the pregnancy. She says on New Year’s Eve 2024 supervisors instructed her to "lift and transport heavy food items across the street and uphill without assistance." The suit says the tasks left her dizzy, choking and gasping for air, and that security personnel provided water and aid.
