Kyle Cooke reveals terms of Amanda Batula divorce without a prenup
Kyle Cooke said he plans a “walkaway” divorce “in lieu of a prenup,” meaning both he and Amanda Batula would leave the marriage with the assets and property they already have rather than seek financial concessions from one another. Cooke recalled that Batula took the first legal step in mid-March when he received an email from her lawyer.
He called the move “weird” at the time but said he now believes she initiated the process because she was already in a full-blown relationship with their Summer House co-star West Wilson. The couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement before their September 2021 wedding, a decision Batula later called a mistake on a July 2025 podcast and urged others to protect their assets.
They announced their separation on Jan. 19 after four years of marriage, and Batula confirmed her relationship with Wilson two months later. They had not filed for divorce yet because they were still sorting through financials.
