Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau make red-carpet debut
Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau made their red-carpet debut in New York at the world premiere of Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris during the Tribeca Film Festival. Perry wore a white vintage Lanvin gown and Trudeau chose a tuxedo; the pair posed together and were also photographed sharing affectionate, smile-filled glances and a moment where they leaned in and touched foreheads while laughing.
Their romance first sparked in July 2025 after they were seen together in Montreal, where Trudeau brought his teenage daughter Ella-Grace to Perry’s tour stop. The relationship went through a brief cooling-off period early on, then picked up again when they were photographed holding hands at Perry’s birthday outing in Paris that October.
Fans later linked Trudeau’s shark Halloween costume to Perry’s viral “Left Shark” from her Super Bowl halftime show, and the couple went Instagram-official with intimate photos from a Tokyo trip in December.
