Justin Hartley Developing ABC Thriller 'A Forgotten Kill' While Producing 'Tracker'

Justin Hartley is developing A Forgotten Kill for ABC, an adaptation of Isabella Maldonado's novel, while continuing to star in and executive-produce Tracker on CBS and Paramount+. Tracker, based on The Never Game by Jeffrey Deaver, features Hartley as Colter Shaw and is produced by his ChangeUP Productions.

Hartley's production company will work on the ABC series alongside 20th Television under his overall deal. Diana Son is set to write and serve as an executive producer, and Ken Olin is attached as an executive producer and director. The story centers on ex-Army Ranger Dani Vega, a Nuyorican from the Lower East Side and a dauntless FBI agent skilled at breaking codes and detecting patterns.

Paired with NYPD Detective Mark Flint on a special task force, the two often clash but use their differing styles to solve crimes; Dani is also haunted by a family tragedy that returns to threaten her career and life.
