Jujutsu Kaisen season 4 teaser suggests release may be near

Mappa used its 15th anniversary livestream to unveil the first teaser trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen season 4, a surprise given the third season only recently wrapped up.

After a brief introduction by Kenjiro Tsuda, the stream shifted to Junya Enoki (Yuji Itadori) and Megumi Ogata (Yuta Okkotsu), and then to the trailer itself.

The brief video teases battles in the Culling Game, highlighting the much-discussed Kinji Hakari vs. Hajime Kashimo matchup — Hakari's technique in particular promises chaos and bizarre visuals — and shows Kenjaku continuing his machinations before facing Yuki Tsukumo and Choso.

You can find the trailer at around minute 18:00 of the livestream, and it will likely appear on Mappa's YouTube channel soon. No release date was announced, but the trailer's quality and length suggest production is already fairly advanced, so an official release window may not be far off.
