Sleepy Hollow will return to Paramount+ on July 1. Until now, the 1999 film was only available to rent or buy digitally in the United States. It joins the streaming service's July lineup alongside The Ring, the entire Expendables franchise, Deepwater Horizon and Tremors.

Directed by Tim Burton and written by Andrew Kevin Walker, Sleepy Hollow stars Johnny Depp as a New York City police constable sent to investigate a string of brutal murders in an upstate village. Depp's character is skeptical of the townsfolk's supernatural explanations and relies on science and reason to uncover the truth.

The cast also includes Christina Ricci, Miranda Richardson, Michael Gambon, Casper Van Dien, Christopher Walken and Jeffrey Jones. Released Nov. 19, 1999, Sleepy Hollow was the third Burton–Depp collaboration after Edward Scissorhands and Ed Wood; it opened second behind The World is Not Enough.
