Jelly Roll's $20M fortune could be at stake in divorce from Bunnie Xo

Jelly Roll filed for divorce from his wife of nearly 10 years, Bunnie Xo, and his reported $20 million fortune could be at stake. Divorce attorney Isaiah Vallejo-Juste, who does not represent either party, said both have possible exposure depending on whether assets are classified as marital property.

Court papers show Jelly Roll hopes to reach an agreement on the division of marital assets and debts, though it is unclear whether a prenuptial agreement exists. Vallejo-Juste said Bunnie Xo’s role in helping build her husband’s career could factor into any financial settlement.

He noted that property acquired during the marriage — including royalties, intellectual property and publishing rights — may be considered marital and subject to valuation and distribution, but that does not necessarily mean a 50/50 split. If the parties cannot agree, he added, the case could become messy and would likely require experienced counsel, accountants and creative settlement proposals.
