At the 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala, Jane Seymour, 75, said her secret to aging naturally is "no lasers" and "no fillers." "This is what happens," she said, adding she isn't "trying to be 30 when [she's] 75" and quipping, "I mean, maybe 60 would be nice." Seymour said she's been playing a lot of older women.

"For me personally, the kind of acting that I do is not about glamour, it's more about serious emotion, and for real authentic emotion, you need every muscle to work," she explained. She called this the happiest she's ever been, noting career and personal milestones: a fifth season of "Harry Wild," a movie in Australia later this year, a one-woman art show in New Jersey and a new watercolor collection shown at Ocean Galleries in Stone Harbor, N.Y., on June 12-14.

Seymour is engaged to singer-songwriter John Zambetti after three years of dating; she said he is "still writing music" and that she has become his muse.
