Isotopes SAG Kickoff Meeting — 5 June 2026

A virtual kickoff for the Origin of the Isotopes Science Analysis Group will be held 5 June 2026 at 1:00pm ET. As the origin of the heaviest elements is being unraveled, the group will explore what a next-generation nuclear astrophysics telescope can accomplish.

The SAG will identify sources of interest, map science return to instrument and capabilities, and initially explore viable mission concepts. Meetings will occur ~monthly, with otherwise asynchronous work.

The group aims to deliver a report within the calendar year.
