Isaac Rouse Cast as Young Bond in SilverFin Audio Drama

Isaac Rouse will voice James Bond in Young Bond: SilverFin, an audio drama due this October that fully adapts Charlie Higson's first Young Bond novel. The series is split into 16 half-hour episodes and follows the future 007 as he navigates life inside and beyond Eton long before he becomes a spy.

Rouse’s credits include The Crown, Genius and Get Even, and he made his acting debut playing Charlie in Sam Mendes’s stage adaptation of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The part was fiercely contested: more than 500 actors applied and 12 advanced to auditions.

Charlotte McBurney joins the cast as the voice of Wilder Lawless, Bond’s equal and ally; she is best known for performances in the video games Final Fantasy XVI and A Plague Tale. Lawless is presented as a proto-Bond girl who is every bit as empowered as Wai Lin in Tomorrow Never Dies or Nomi in No Time to Die.
