Ashley St. Clair says she turned down a multi-million-dollar nondisclosure agreement from Elon Musk after the birth of their son, a matter she discussed on the June 16 episode of the “Don Lemon Show.” She said the NDA was presented over disappearing Signal messages and handled by Musk’s wealth manager, Jared Birchall.

St. Clair says Musk offered her $40 million to keep the relationship secret. She recalled that Musk initially messaged, “Wire Ashley $15 million for a home and reserve capital,” and that Birchall later held a two-hour call where an NDA was proposed. She also said Musk later offered “$15 million and $100,000 per month for 20 years,” with stipulations that she “was never to disparage Elon” or speak about his employees or affiliates.

She declined to sign, saying, “I cannot in good conscience sign this,” and that the decision was about what was right for her children. St.
