Hyperyuki Blends SSX Tricky With Tony Hawk–Style Challenges

Hyperyuki: Snowboard Syndicate is an upcoming arcade-style snowboarding game with pronounced Jet Set Radio vibes. It positions itself as an attempt to recreate the SSX Tricky formula while EA is being bought by Saudi Arabia and producing live-service content. A PC demo includes three courses, several modes, a handful of characters, and a strong soundtrack.

Tricks are executed with shoulder-button and trigger combos; landing moves builds points and boost, which increases speed and height and enables bigger stunts. Chains of big combos grant access to a super mode for the most advanced tricks and higher rewards. The game adopts a cel-shaded, anime-inspired art style that stands out even in this unfinished build.
