How to Watch Cubs vs. Cardinals on Sunday Night Baseball

Sunday Night Baseball returns for the summer, beginning a 13-week run on NBC and Peacock as the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals renew their rivalry on national television. The broadcast starts at 7 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 31, live from Busch Stadium in St. Louis, with a 20-minute pregame and first pitch scheduled for 7:20 p.m.

ET. Bob Costas will host the pregame with Anthony Rizzo, who will also provide 'Inside the Pitch' analysis, while Jason Benetti will call the game alongside Albert Pujols and Jim Deshaies. Peacock offers more baseball earlier in the day with MLB Sunday Leadoff at Noon ET, featuring the Toronto Blue Jays and Baltimore Orioles.

The NL Central is tightly contested, with the Cubs and Cardinals virtually tied in wins and losses and both sitting in the middle of the pack statistically.
