The chest sits on the eastern beach of a small peninsula in southern Nangan — essentially the region's easternmost point.

It is northeast of the space center, directly south of Daikoku Parking Area in Tokyo City, and very close to the location of the Ford GT Treasure Car. Use one of the nearby roads (or drive off a cliff) to get onto the sand, then head to the precise spot shown on the map.

Fast travel will get you close but not exactly on the chest; crash through the treasure chest to collect the 100,000 Credits.
