How I chose early Prime Day smartwatch and smart ring deals

Amazon Prime Day runs from Tuesday, June 23, to Friday, June 26.

I spend lots of time writing about health trackers, sleep monitors, and wellness technology, and I find most of these sales events are only marginally helpful for shoppers.

These promotions often serve as a chance for big retailers to reignite interest in their own products and move inventory, rather than reliably delivering great bargains. Still, worthwhile discounts do appear, and I point them out when I see them.

I won’t include products I can’t vouch for or that I think are a poor value. I use established price-comparison tools and trackers, and I rely on my memory of historical prices to judge whether a deal is genuine; if something isn’t worth buying, I’ll say so.
