Hori unveils Kuromi and Cinnamoroll accessories for Switch 2
Hori announced a new lineup of officially licensed Kuromi and Cinnamoroll accessories for the Nintendo Switch 2 on its Japan website on June 26. The Kuromi items are scheduled to launch in Japan on August 31, 2026, with the Cinnamoroll versions due on October 30, 2026.
The Kuromi Puffy Hybrid Pouch is a hard-shell case decorated with dessert motifs, skull zip details and a silk scrunchy carrying handle. Inside, a pink lining printed with matching treats covers the game-storage flap, which appears able to hold up to 10 physical Switch and Switch 2 cartridges.
Hori pairs the Kuromi case with a HoriPad TURBO Mini controller that measures 13cm by 7cm and uses a transparent purple glittery chassis. The compact pad omits TMR sticks found on some Hori controllers but includes Turbo and Turbo Hold functions. The Cinnamoroll set follows the same design approach but swaps the purple chassis for a milky white transparent finish and replaces dessert motifs with a lemonade theme, including lemon slices and pie illustrations.
