Her husband, Justin Bieber, also has a "22" tattoo on his wrist; both are parents to their son, Jack Blues, now almost two years old. The number holds personal significance: Hailey and Jack were each born on the 22nd of their respective months — Jack in August and Hailey in November.

Justin’s wrist tattoo reads "H-22," a marking the piece describes as likely referencing both Hailey and their son, and he revealed a massive back portrait of Hailey while performing shirtless at the 2026 Grammys. Hailey tends to favor smaller designs, including a "J" on her left ring finger and matching peach tattoos, and she has worn jewelry dedicated to the toddler since his birth in 2024.
