Hades 2 hotfix adds long-requested Mystery Seeds hint

Supergiant Games followed its April 14 Patch 2 with a smaller hotfix that addresses a wide range of bugs and adds a few quality-of-life features.

The update adds an inventory hint for Mystery Seeds so players can tell where they can be found, introduces a new Hellifish death animation, and includes visual improvements and numerous interaction fixes. It also resolves disappearing barriers in a challenging boss fight and stops enemies from gaining unintended boosts.

These fixes will be applied to console versions as well. Though not a major post-launch release, the patch touches many systems and can meaningfully affect runs in the roguelike.

Community response has been positive — one player wrote, "Every hotfix makes me come back and see what new things I can do." Full patch notes are available from the developer.
