Guild Wars 3 confirmed; beta opens fall 2027

ArenaNet unveiled Guild Wars 3 at Summer Game Fest, delivering the long-awaited threequel to the 2012 title that has remained a major MMO alongside World of Warcraft and Final Fantasy 14.

The new game arrives 14 years after its predecessor, and community anticipation has been high.

ArenaNet announced a beta scheduled to open in fall 2027, and sign-ups are already available on the game's official website.

The reveal was one of several major announcements during the Summer Game Fest showcase.
