GTA 6 price, editions, pre-order bonuses and key details

Rockstar revealed price and key details for Grand Theft Auto 6, confirming the standard edition will cost $79.99. That places it alongside Nintendo's Mario Kart World as a rare $80 title and marks a climb above the more common $70 AAA price point. An Ultimate Edition will cost $99.99 and includes an exclusive collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel and other in-game items that are unlocked over time.

Pre-orders begin June 25; anyone who pre-orders or buys the game before Nov. 20 receives the Vintage Vice City pack — which includes the '55 Vapie Stainier car, clothing and hairstyle options, and a tropical weapon pattern — plus a month of GTA Plus. Because the Vintage Vice City pack remains available at launch on Nov.

19, the only real pre-order advantages are the free month of GTA Plus and the ability to preload starting Nov. 12. There will be a physical edition, but it will contain a download code rather than discs. Those boxed copies will appear on store shelves a week early so owners can preload on Nov.
