Brazilian retail listings for Grand Theft Auto 6 describe integrated in-game social networks that let players watch viral videos, follow influencers and discover world events through the character's cell phone. The Amazon Brazil description, shown via machine translation, outlined those features but may have been altered by a third party.

A separate KaBuM listing provided more detail, saying the phone "consumes viral videos in real time" and can reveal secret side missions through social media. KaBuM also says NPCs will follow routines driven by advanced AI, generating organic random events across the map.

That same listing claims the game was developed natively for Sony hardware to deliver "breathtaking visuals," including global illumination with advanced ray tracing for reflections, realistic dynamic weather that alters physics and gameplay, and optimizations for PS5 Pro to improve frame rates and resolution.
