Govee 2-pack smart bulbs offer color lighting for a fraction of Hue's price
A two-pack of Govee A19 smart bulbs is on sale for $19, down from $25, giving you two RGBWW bulbs with Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Alexa and Google Assistant support and access to 16 million colors — no bridge or Prime membership required. The bulbs run at 1,000 lumens from a 9-watt draw, the brightness equivalent of a 75-watt incandescent, and offer CRI90+ color rendering.
RGBWW combines red, green, blue, warm white and cool white channels, with a temperature range from 2,700K to 6,500K, 54 preset scene modes, music sync via the phone’s microphone, sunrise and sunset scheduling, timer schedules and group control across multiple Govee products.
Govee’s dual Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth connectivity lets the bulbs connect directly to 2.4GHz networks for remote access, with Bluetooth as a local fallback, avoiding the separate bridge Philips Hue’s entry-level setup requires. Voice control through Alexa and Google Assistant works after pairing in the Govee Home app.
