Gary Kellogg is the Associate Director for Intelligent Flight Systems in the Research Directorate at NASA’s Langley Research Center. He also served as Branch Head of the Autonomous Integrated Systems Research Branch and as Branch Head of the Electromagnetics and Sensors Branch at Langley.

In 2019, Kellogg served a 90-day detail as Director of Mission Operations at NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center, leading a directorate responsible for Armstrong’s Dryden Aeronautical Test Range, the Spectrum Management Office, information technology infrastructure, and simulation capability.

He had been Deputy Director of Mission Operations at Armstrong since 2016 and was selected as Deputy Chief Information Officer and Branch Chief of Information Services in 2015 after serving as Branch Chief of Simulation Engineering beginning in 2010.
