Exclusive | Jon Stewart and Alicia Keys swept up in Knicks mania

As hoops fans flooded the city to celebrate the team’s win over the San Antonio Spur on Saturday night, Jon Stewart and his wife, Tracey, pulled up to a red light in front of Monster Bar in the West Village. Chelsea mom Abby Grozenski ran up to his vehicle and thanked him for “everything you do!” “You are a gem!” she shouted, saying they’d crossed paths before and adding, “I love you and I am so glad I get to see you again because I almost told you the first time and I thought that would be weird.” Stewart replied, “It’s a good weird,” as Tracey cracked up from the passenger seat.

Knicks fans swarmed the vehicle, chanting “Go Jon Go Jon!” and then breaking into Queen’s “We Are the Champions.” Another fan shouted, “We f–king love you Jon Stewart! The Knicks just won! You’re a mensch!” Stewart took a selfie from the window with Abby Grozenski and Abel Shihadeh before the light changed.

“It was a sweet moment to notice him getting his flowers,” Grozenski, who’s the founder of Woven Talent, said.
