Silent Hill: Townfall, developed by Screen Burn Interactive, is set in the Scottish town of St. Amelia in 1996. Konami and co-publisher Annapurna Interactive announced a September 24, 2026 release at the Sony State of Play during this year's Summer Game Fest. A deluxe edition pre-order grants two days of early access beginning September 22, and the game will be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Townfall adopts a first-person perspective and replaces the series' radio with a portable CRTV. Combat options include firearms and melee weapons, while stealth and distraction are viable alternatives. Additional mechanics highlighted in previews include peek interactions, a tube-based self-revival system, enemies that can dynamically hunt the player, and multiple endings.

Trailers emphasize medical horror and an abandoned town atmosphere, with protest signs and posters marked "C.E.G." crossed out.
