Influencer Estee Williams' 8-month-old daughter dies after transplant denial

Estee Williams' 8-month-old daughter, Estelle, has died after being ruled ineligible for a heart transplant amid ongoing health complications. Williams announced the infant's passing on Instagram Stories on Saturday, writing, "Until we meet again, my sweet Estelle 🪽," over a photo of herself holding the baby.

Estelle was born in September 2025 to Williams and her husband, Conner. Two days after her birth she was diagnosed with the congenital heart defect ventricular septal defect (VSD). Williams' family said the baby underwent an "extremely difficult and delicate open-heart surgery at just 11 weeks old." In December 2025 the infant was placed on life support after going into cardiac arrest; that month she had another open-heart surgery and was discharged.

Williams said Estelle had been Status 1A, the highest medical urgency on the United Network for Organ Sharing pediatric heart transplant list, but she was removed from the top of the list in April because of ongoing complications.
