Eintracht Frankfurt could net €200m from summer player sales
Bild links Arthur Theate, Hugo Larsson and Jean-Matteo Bahoya with moves to the Premier League that could bring Eintracht Frankfurt as much as €100 million. The club plans to reinvest the proceeds in a squad overhaul under new manager Adi Hütter. Club spokesman Axel Hellmann has said, "There will be changes to the squad." Theate has attracted interest from AFC Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest and is said to be open to a move; Frankfurt will consider offers of €15-20 million.
Bild values Larsson higher, around €35-40m. After a promising pre-season Larsson lost form and missed the World Cup; Fotbollskanalen quoted an insider saying he was "completely devastated." Tottenham Hotspur are monitoring Jean-Matteo Bahoya, who is available for €40 million should Spurs make a serious move.
Bahoya began the season brightly before a dip in form and a month on the sidelines in April. Nathaniel Brown is also attracting interest: he has agreed personal terms with Bayern Munich and club talks are under way.
