Dua Lipa kicks off wedding weekend in white leather and feathers

Dua Lipa arrived in Palermo to begin wedding festivities wearing a custom white woven leather Bottega Veneta gown by Louise Trotter. The backless halter was made in the house’s Intrecciato weaving technique and fell into a dramatic fringed skirt with fluttering feathers; she carried a matching Andiamo clutch trimmed with ostrich plumes.

Husband Callum Turner, dressed in a tan suit, repeatedly embraced and kissed his bride during the cocktail party. An ambassador for Bulgari, Lipa wore a Tubogas Manchette watch worth over $200,000 on her left wrist, set with colorful citrines, rubellites, peridots, amethysts, topazes and spessartites and nearly 12 carats of diamonds.

On her right wrist sat Bulgari’s Serpenti Pallini watch, a rose gold piece with pear-cut emerald eyes and a pavé diamond head and tail totaling over 24 carats, priced at nearly $500,000. She also wore a custom yellow gold engagement ring from Turner and a Serpenti necklace seemingly set with a large colored gemstone.
