Warner Bros. released a new trailer for Digger on YouTube that runs a little over three minutes, but only thirty seconds of that is from Digger. The rest plays like a sizzle reel of Tom Cruise highlights, drawing on clips from across his career. It begins with "I feel the need.

The need for speed" from Top Gun and pulls in a striking moment from 1994's Interview with the Vampire, where Cruise as Lestat says, "I assume I need no introduction." Action dominates with Mission: Impossible stunts, while excerpts from Jerry Maguire, Magnolia, and Born on the Fourth of July underline his dramatic range.

The montage even reaches into wilder entries like Rock of Ages. The trailer then uses a piece of Eugene Kittridge's dialogue from Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, "Everything you are. Everything you've done has come to this." A shovel hits the floor and a short teaser for Digger finally plays.
