Deltarune ARG Updates Again, Leaving Exactly 1,229 Players Eligible

We’re less than two weeks out from Deltarune Chapter 5, and the game's ominous, multi-year ARG again opened and closed faster than most could blink, leaving exactly 1,229 people able to solve it while others remained in the dark. The groundwork began in 2022, but the ARG didn't really kick off until last year.

In May of 2025 a hidden Deltarune web page appeared with two blanks, a button, and the question: "How long did it take her to smile?" Fans worked out that 'her' was Noelle, and the blanks were for an email and a numerical answer; those who submitted one received a weird, blank confirmation email and months of silence.
