I thought Computex was severely lacking in the coolness department, and then Corsair showed a PC build that looks a bit like a cyberpunk samurai sword. That may read as cringe to some, but cringe is dead and you are free. The showfloor build showcases Corsair's limited edition Shugo DDR5-6000 memory, with multiple lit-up sticks seated in the sword's spinning hilt.

Gizmodo Japan went "hands-on," wielding the light-up blade and turning on the machine by placing the very much two-handed sword back in its PC pedestal. Gizmodo Japan wrote that the heatsink lights up too, while AKIBA PC Hotline! says Corsair Japan's initial concept for the build was originally meant to be even more ambitious.

There are four sticks of Shugo RAM in the sword's rotating hilt, though one 32 GB kit of this limited-edition memory will set you back about $600. Beyond that, there isn't much information about how the katana kit works without visible wires or what components are inside, so here's hoping Corsair Japan offers a peek behind the curtain after the show.
