Collin Gosselin calls Colleen his 'real mom' after memoir announcement

Hours after teasing the upcoming release of his memoir, Collin Gosselin posted a tribute to Colleen Conrad on social media, noting it was coincidentally her birthday. He called her “the strongest woman I know, who stepped in at the toughest part of my life and CHOSE to be a mother to me,” and added, “to my real mom ❤️ I love you so much.” In the comments he expanded on the distinction between the love for a mother you were given and the love for a mother who chose you, writing, “I am so fortunate ❤️ @colleen.conrad122 I love you so much 🫶🏼.” Conrad replied that Collin is her “real son” and told him, “I’ll always be here for you and you are my son.
