Clockwork Revolution gets 2027 release date and Xbox console exclusivity

inXile Entertainment showed a new look at Clockwork Revolution during the Xbox Games Showcase and set a release window: the action RPG will arrive in 2027 for Windows PC and Xbox Series X. The trailer highlights a colorful supporting cast, including the robot Nazim and "Anne Fucking Darrow," who sports a bowler hat.

After a heist goes wrong, the player character is sent through time and begins a mission to alter history. Clockwork Revolution is a first-person action game that drew comparisons to BioShock when it was revealed in 2023. You play a time traveler who moves through key moments in Avalon’s formation, a steampunk metropolis; choices affect the narrative, the city and supporting characters — and history itself.
