Captain America Trilogy Lands on Hulu Ahead of Avengers: Doomsday
The first three Captain America films starring Chris Evans will arrive on Hulu in the United States on June 1, 2026. Traditionally, Marvel Cinematic Universe movies have been exclusive to Disney+ in the U.S., but Disney+ recently absorbed Hulu and launched a Hulu hub on the Disney+ platform to introduce Hulu subscribers to Marvel content and encourage upgrades.
All three Captain America movies earned strong critical and commercial results, each scoring above 80 percent on Rotten Tomatoes. Their box office returns were substantial as well: Captain America made $370 million, Captain America: The Winter Soldier earned $714 million, and Captain America: Civil War reached $1.1 billion.
Marvel has also teased the return of Chris Evans’ Captain America in Avengers: Doomsday, with a CinemaCon clip showing Steve Rogers on a motorcycle, wearing a wedding ring and cradling a baby. The footage sets him up in a peaceful life before he is forced to confront Doctor Doom, and reactions have been mixed.
