Capcom brings Onimusha, Dragon's Dogma 2 and Devil May Cry 5 to Switch 2
Capcom is expanding its Switch 2 lineup in 2026 with ports of Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, and Devil May Cry 5: Devil Hunter Edition. Onimusha: Way of the Sword will be released alongside other versions of the game on Sep. 25; Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen will be released on Oct.
9; Devil May Cry 5 arrives on June 23. Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen adds a new region called Norgan, a snowy Nordic realm, and introduces a new loot system called spoils. Once found, spoils can be brought back and appraised to yield new weapons, armor, and even skills.
Capcom has yet to confirm whether Dark Arisen will be available on other platforms or as an expansion for the original game, though presumably it will. Onimusha: Way of the Sword appears similar to other versions, but the Switch 2 edition lets players use Joy-Con 2 motion-control gestures to execute sword strikes.
