Britney Spears shares cryptic post about 'mean girls' after DUI arrest, rehab

Britney Spears posted a cryptic Instagram message about "mean girls" after her DUI arrest and rehab. She captioned a recent photo, apparently of herself as a toddler: "If you’re one of those mean girls pointing and laughing and looking at your phone in the audience just look up today," and added, "River sends you guys a message!!!!!!!!" She referenced her pseudonym and Instagram alter ego, Xila Maria River Red, and left comments turned off.

Earlier she had shared a since-deleted post about "emotional issues" that "come up in my kitchen," saying the kitchen is where her family gathers to celebrate, pray and cook. She wrote that crafts, including a stained glass lamp she once made, gave her peace, and that she was devastated when a housekeeper "accidentally" threw it away, adding she was "used to people taking [her] things." Spears was arrested in March in Ventura County on suspicion of DUI.
